Our production line had been increased with fast due to the more marketing demands , Bolwing film production line had been increased from 3 lines to 9 lines, and Casting film production line from 6 lines to 14 lines. The capacity of production is around 30,000mt≈ 40million m2.

On the other hand, the TPU specification of customer's need is more different and speical, our TPU film thickness is from 3 micron to 5 mm, the width is from 10cm-3600mm, especially that our 3 micron thickness is more hard for producing due to the special thickness. Its widely used in body armor product in military clothing application. More times lamination with fabrics can let the body armor more thick and hard to be penetrated by bullets. Our waterproof and breathable TPU film can be prodcued by low breathable (WVTR<10,000), medium breathable ( WVTR>50,000), High breathable breathable ( WVTR > 100,000).
